Our Philosophy

At The Learning Treehouse, we honor each child's unique early learning journey, creating a safe and nurturing environment where every individual feels valued. Through the power of play, we inspire hands-on exploration that ignites curiosity and a genuine love for learning. Connecting our children with nature-based and high-quality learning experiences allows us to cultivate an appreciation for the world around them. Our mission is to empower children to engage deeply with the world, fostering resilience and creativity which will serve them throughout their lives and beyond their time at The Treehouse.

Our boys have literally grown up at The Learning Treehouse. It’s very nice not to have to worry about the quality of care they are receiving, as I know that many of the teachers love them almost as much as we do! Thank you for all you did over the years for Joshua and all that you are continuing to do for Caleb!

Testimonials

After eight years of staying home with my children, I decided to accept a part-time job close to home, but shuddered at sending my (then) 2 year old daughter to day care. My close friend's son was going to TLT, and she and he both loved it! I asked her a million questions - second guessing myself, but decided to give it a try. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! Greeted by Jana at the front desk, I knew a loving mom was overseeing all the activities and guarding the front door. ...which is a big deal to me! My daughter made friends very quickly, and her teachers showed her love and kindness. She's learned so much - from letters, numbers and colors to the Solar System and farming. She's gone on several field trips, and loves the class parties her teachers have for the kids. I would highly recommend The Learning Treehouse to any parent looking for a great day care for their child!

The Dickey Family

Choosing a daycare provider for our 2 ½ year-old daughter was very difficult because we were new to the area. When asking friends that used to live in Rincon, new neighbors, and colleagues about daycares, The Learning Treehouse name kept coming up. They were very patient when she first started and was getting used t a new routine and new school.

The teaching staff has done an excellent job preparing her for Pre-K, as well as having a curriculum that allows plenty of playtime and creativity. When she enrolled, she was shy and timid around new people- now, she’s a social butterfly with many new friends!

We are extremely pleased with our decision to enroll our child at TLT and you will be too! Thank you to all of her TLT teachers and directors!

Thomasina & Cory Coile

I moved to the area in 2010 with 4 children who had never been in day-care before and was terrified at the thought of having to put my 1 year-old in daycare in a new town for the first time ever. I spent a lot of time looking for daycare providers and asking for recommendations. Time and time again I heard about the great staff at The Learning Treehouse. I visited once and fell in love with the staff and the environment and Gabby has been there ever since. The staff at The Learning Treehouse go above and beyond to make you and your child feel safe, comfortable while providing a loving learning environment. Jana, Amy and the rest of the staff are committed to being a home away from home for your child and I am so glad to be a part of The Learning Treehouse family!

I have two children that have both attended The Learning Treehouse since between the ages of 7 and 8 weeks old. I truly feel that their intelligence is highly attributed to The Learning Treehouse's caring & friendly hands-on staff and their superior-level learning curriculum.
